Wanted to ask about the air cleaner on the K&K Insurance 71/72 Charger.
Is the correct one the heart shaped air cleaner? Thanks,

More like a triangle shape....
They used the 426, with a plated Dominator.

Yes, that's it. I had to make one for my Dick Brooks Plymouth.

While there's not a lot to scratching one of those, the racing version air box that came in the Pro-Modeler Daytona's is the right general shape to start with and can be rounded some, moved back, and fitted to represent those very well. Seems like the last one I used, there was enough meat to get it by just shaping and sanding and did not have to add anything to it.
There is another kit that's got an air cleaner box much the same as the PM Daytona's but while I can picture it right now, I can't for the life of me remember what kit it's from.

Like that.
That's not a Dominator, but same idea.

Cool
