I have both the dirt devil and Rusty Wallace "Pontiac excitement" kits. the front nose piece does not seem to fit well at all. huge gap between front bumper on nose piece and headlights on body. anybody else have this problem or am I missing something? Cannot believe Monogram made it this poorly so I am thinking I don't understand something in the instructions

if you have this issue, how did you solve it? does someone make a resin piece that is properly done?

As I recall, those Pontiac kits had some substantial mold lines on the bodies in the area where the bumper and the body fit together.

If this link works... are you talking about the opening below “Pontiac” towards the front of the hood?
