I always used Model Master Artic Blue, it may not be a perfect match. It I saw one in Scale Auto back in the day and was always pleased with i!

I thought Arctic Blue was metallic?

The Stroh's cars were a dark solid blue.

Yes Artic Blue is Metallic, but it is also close to the Ford factory color on the '87 Turbo T-Birds. As stated I saw one in a Scale Auto that the builder painted and after I did one for myself it just looked better than the gloss blue that was on the Martin car. Just a matter of preference.

TS-55 is the closest spray can blue. The car was solid dark blue and back when the kit was released Pactra Imperial Blue was the color of choice. I used it on my '88 T-bird and it was a good match but it's impossible to find today. I will use TS-55 over Tamiya white primer when I do my '89.

I am using Krylon Short Cuts Forever Blue. I Picked up a can at hobby lobby, it looks close enough for me.
